The north dormitory is available for rent for all types of events and meetings. The building is divided into two rooms:

• The Chapman room is a reception room that is available to welcome your guests and allow them to enjoy a drink. It is within this room that you will find the bar, the coat room and the toilets. 
• The Lennox room can accommodate up to 75 guests for a sit down meal or 125 guests for casual dining with appetizers.
• Bar service: beer, wine, spirits, juices and liqueurs
• Rental of audio-visual equipment including: laptop computers, power point machines and screen.

We can decorate rooms specifically for your event, in accordance with your style and your budget.

A historically charged environment, style of an era, an intimate and inviting atmosphere and attentive service: everything to make your event an unforgettable moment. 

For the business customers, a calm and inspiring retreat for a day of training or a working meeting far from daily concerns.

Rates

Rental of the hall only : $125 a day
Rental of the hall with meal service (lunch or supper): between $20 and $35 per person, depending on the menu items
